The answer is Yes! Today I am going to share a tool that can mirror your android phone without any cost.It's Scrcpy. Although, it's hard to pronounce the word but it is going to be very very useful for you.
As a Developer , I always mirror my phone for Debugging App. It is very user friendly way. Let me share, How you can mirror your android phones or How to Connect Your Android Phone to Your PC Monitor.
A computer, running Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit), 8 or 10, 11.
Your Android phone should be running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean or newer; it's best to have the most recent version of your device's operating system.
A USB cable for connecting your phone to the computer (use an original cable if you have one). USB connections are usually faster and more stable than wireless connections, but wireless connections are easier to set up.In this case, we are using a USB cable.
Download Android Mirroring Apps:
Download android phone mirroring script from the link below and extract it using any zip extractor like Winrar or 7zip.

- Linux:
apt install scrcpy
- macOS:
brew install scrcpy
Enable Android Debugging
Now go to Developer Options from your phone. Enable developer options by pressing 4x on Build Version from Settings>About phone and then enable USB Debugging Mode.
Mirror Android Screen:
Finally connect your phone with a USB cable. Now, go to the extracted folder on your Windows PC. Type cmd on address bar of the Folder. It will open command prompt to this directory. Now type
scrcpy
It's will ask on your phone to Allow debugging. Mark always allow this computer for debugging and Confirm it.So that , Next time it will not ask you again with this prompt.
Remember, whenever you're mirroring your screen, anything and everything that shows up on your phone or tablet's display will also show up on the Monitor. Meaning, any alerts and notifications, along with their contents, will be broadcast for all to see. I suggest turning on Do Not Disturb to keep the disruptions at a minimum.
